Dionysios S. Pantazis

Dionysios is an international lawyer (admitted to practise law as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and as an Advocate of the Courts of Appeal of the Hellenic Republic) and a fellow member of the International Bar Association.

His practice is mostly focused on litigation and arbitration and has handled a wide range of disputes arising out of, or in connection with various commercial deals, including without limitation fraud and misrepresentation disputes, disputes between corporate shareholders, investment disputes, intellectual property disputes, franchise agency and distribution disputes and damage to cargo disputes, whereas his main area of interest lies in disputes with a foreign or cross-border element.

Having acted as corporate counsel for technology and telecommunication multinationals, Dionysios also has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including SaaS, IP licensing and assignment agreements, franchise, distribution and agency agreements, as well as advising on the establishment of international corporate structures and joint ventures.

Throughout his career, Dionysios has advised on several multimillion euro deals and has acted on some of the most significant projects of the technology and telecoms industry.

Dionysios has represented several national and multinational companies, a number of which are listed in international stock exchanges, such as the Brussels Stock Exchange, the Paris Stock Exchange and the NYSE as well as for fortune 500 companies.
