Dionysios is an international lawyer, admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and as an Advocate before the Supreme Court of Greece. He is also a fellow of the International Bar Association (IBA). His practice centres on litigation and arbitration, with a specialism in disputes arising from international commercial transactions. He has handled matters across the full range of commercial law, including shareholder disputes, investment disputes, intellectual property disputes, franchise, commercial agency and distribution matters, and cargo damage claims.
Dionysios is General Counsel for Southeast Europe at Huawei, one of the world's largest technology and telecommunications companies, with responsibility for legal strategy across 8 jurisdictions and 4 business divisions. Over his career he has advised on numerous multi-million euro transactions and has played a significant part in landmark technology and telecommunications projects, acting on complex large-scale commercial agreements with telecoms operators, major corporate clients and governments, as well as on complex cross-border disputes.
Separately, he has represented major Greek and multinational companies, including companies listed on the Brussels, Paris and New York exchanges, and Fortune 500 companies.
Dionysios focuses on advising businesses, particularly in commercial litigation and complex commercial transactions. He handles cross-border disputes and international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and commercial agreements, with particular experience in technology and international trade.
